Gregg has been involved in triathlon for around 20 years since becoming a junior member at the local tri club. Rugby had always been his main sport through school and university until he was forced to stop playing due to injury. It was then that he switched away from contact sport and into triathlon as his main hobby, and has been hooked ever since.
Coming from a rugby background his weight was not particularly conducive to endurance training. Having lost over 5 stone to date through major lifestyle changes he is now fitter than ever.
Gregg has since completed 4x IRONMAN and multiple 70.3’s. He has also cycled from Land's End to John O'Groats, the North Coast 500, and ran sub-4 hour marathons.
Using his personal experience he is here to help you change your life through triathlon. You too can cross that 'magic carpet' and become an IRONMAN.
