THE COACHING TEAM

Our coaching team, father-son trio Graham Coull, Craig Coull and Gregg Coull, have an array of coaching qualifications and over 50 years combined race and coaching experience in a variety of individual and team sports.

Graham Coull
Graham is an experienced triathlete, ultra runner and adventure racer being involved in triathlon since 1998. A 25x Ironman finisher, Kona World Championships competitor and qualified coach since 2002. He has cycled Lands End to John O'Groats more than once, and recently completed the Cape Wrath Ultra.

He uses his personal experience and coaching qualifications to deliver dynamic, relevant and exciting group or one to one training sessions and personal plans which athletes of all abilities enjoy.  Over the years he has been awarded with Scottish Performance Coach of the Year, Stirling Coach of the Year as well as Sport Scotland Services to Sport winner.

Graham coaches athletes from 10 years old to some in their 70’s - helping them stay fit, strong and healthy whilst motivating, inspiring and giving them the self belief to overachieve their wildest dreams.

Craig Coull
Craig has a wealth of experience in endurance sport and Personal Training. In a coaching capacity, he has worked with a range of age groups and abilities over the past 5 years – as a coach at club level, to a national squad coach for Triathlon Scotland.

As well as coaching a variety of group 
triathlon sessions, Craig also works as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Again, he has a wide range of experiences in this field – group exercise and spin classes, strength & conditioning coaching for a youth football team and triathlon clubs.  
He was awarded Triathlon Scotland's Performance Development Coach of the year award in 2017.

As an athlete, Craig competed in swimming from a young age, reaching Scottish national level; to winning the title of British under-20 Middle Distance Triathlon Champion in 2014. Competing in his first full Ironman event in Wales aged just 19, he has since gone a step further in endurance sport by twice competing Solo in the Relentless 24 Hour mountain bike race.

Gregg Coull
Gregg has been involved in triathlon for over 2 decades; and over the years finished 5x Ironman and multiple 70.3/middle distance races. As well as completing multi-day cycling adventures including LEJOG and NC500.

Most recently he has switched his focus to ultra running - completing 50km to 100mi races as well as a 2-day stage race, and most recently finished the iconic West Highland Way Race.

Gregg first started coaching when he was 16 assisting at his local triathlon club. He now works with a range of abilities, from novices to the sport of triathlon/ultra running right through to experienced athletes who are regularly competing at Euro/World AG Championships.
